Rachna (@mindfullyyours)is a graduate of the Applied Mindfulness Meditation program from the University of Toronto, a certified Educator with two bachelor degrees and a diploma in Art Therapy. She's dedicated to living with a compassionate approach. Committed to helping people integrate Mindfulness into every aspect of their life, Rachna works as a business advisor with a focus on mental health programming. Teaching weekly meditation classes, Rachna attends international retreats to learn about the neuroscience and health benefits of Mindfulness and Positive Psychology from leading, global experts.
